We ship throughout the Mexican Republic.

For international orders, please contact us before purchasing to verify availability and costs.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: $250 MXN (5–9 business days).

  • Express shipping: $350 MXN (1–2 business days, only in areas with coverage).

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $5,000 MXN.

3. Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your package.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination area.

4. Carriers

We work with trusted companies such as Estafeta, Paquetexpress, DHL, and FedEx, selecting the best option based on your location.

5. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or recipient absence, the reshipping cost will be covered by the customer.

6. Package Inspection

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If the product arrives with visible damage to the packaging or signs of tampering, report it to the carrier and to our WhatsApp on the same day of delivery.
