Return and Refund Policy – PlayPadelMXL
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy.
1. Return Period
We accept returns within 15 calendar days from the delivery date of your order.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with intact tags, and in the same condition in which you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Products

Items on sale, clearance, or customized (e.g., engraved rackets or printed apparel).

Products showing signs of use, impact, or damage due to mishandling.

Opened or used padel accessories such as grips, shoes, backpacks, racket bags, or items without their original tags.
3. Return Process
Send us an email at playpadelmxl@gmail.com or a WhatsApp message with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason.
If eligible, we will provide you with the instructions and return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or a shipping error.
4. Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 15 business days through the same payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Product Exchanges
You may request a size or model exchange (if available in stock) within the same 15-day period.
If there is a price difference, we will adjust the payment accordingly.
6. Warranty for Defects
Padel rackets include a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
We do not cover damages caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or impacts.
Products are subject to a manufacturer’s evaluation process, which may take 2–4 weeks.
